I am blind. I see this as a distinct advantage. To me people are a blank canvas, I cannot see them and therefore I have no preconceived ideas of them or their issues. They tell me their story, and very often I find this story different to the story their muscles and tissues tell me. I am then able to offer the treatment that best suits you and your body at that time.
I enjoy attending professional development conferences to keep up with the latest knowledge and practices in the field of Well-being. This allows me to promote the latest techniques that I think are important.
I am interested in self-care; for me there are five pillars of Well-being – movement, nutrition, environment, sleep, and thinking. Putting resources into all of these areas results in wellbeing, and to me this is the very definition of self-care. I work with you to encourage this by first identifying the area that is lacking. I then add the areas that will energise your whole being.
I truly love what I do, and I am very happy to be here to help facilitate your quest for wellness and good health.
